Who we produce for
We produce castings for a range of industries, and each brings its own tolerance, testing and documentation expectations. In automotive, traceability and porosity control lead; in lighting, thermal management and surface quality decide; in defence, low volume work with heavy documentation takes over.
Customer names and project images require approval from the companies concerned before they are published here. For that reason this page currently describes work at industry level; approved references can be added from the admin panel.
How a project runs
A new job usually goes like this: a drawing or 3D model is shared, a feasibility review is held, and the die approach and estimated lead time are agreed. After the die is built, samples are produced and submitted for approval together with a measurement report; series production starts once approved.
